Jay Kucharas, the owner-operator of AP Cleaning & Packing, has been in the moving business since 2016. With business booming in the Northwoods, he’s responded to the growing need for cleaning and packing services by starting AP Cleaning & Packing in 2021.

What are the benefits of working with AP Cleaning & Packing?

If you’re overwhelmed and your house is dirty, we’ll get there quickly. Since we don’t do contract cleaning, we have the flexibility to get to our clients’ homes within a couple of days. Also, our crew is like family and they like to laugh while they’re working. It’s a positive atmosphere that’s hard to find elsewhere.

What can clients expect when they hire AP Cleaning & Packing?

When you call, we’ll talk about your needs and schedule a date and time to be there. We usually arrive first thing in the morning and work all day or until the job is done. Depending on the size of your home, the crew will divide up and tackle different parts of the house. Everyone knows exactly what their roles are and what to do.

How much do you charge?

Since each client and home is different, we work with you to make sure you’re getting exactly what you need.

Cleaning Service - we charge an hourly rate that includes all cleaning supplies, plus a flat drive time fee.

Packing Service - we charge an hourly rate plus materials (boxes, bubble wrap, tape, etc.), plus a flat drive time fee.
